Polar Salmon supplies Norwegian salmon (Salmo Salar), wild-caught Pacific sockeye salmon, Greenland halibut, trout and other delicious fish species. Inspired by traditional methods, the raw material is salted and smoked to achieve that great quality. Our modern factory is based at Esbjerg, on the west coast of Denmark. Our range of products includes chilled and frozen cuts which are available filleted or portioned, supplied to both the catering and to the retail market. The raw material is sourced from trusted, approved suppliers, which allows us to always offer a great range of products.

Our Quality Management System is established in accordance with the HACCP principles and complies with requirements set by the veterinary authorities and IFS.
