Cold-smoked products

We offer a premium selection of cold-smoked fish, including Norwegian and Alaskan salmon, Greenland halibut, trout, and tuna.

Our production is inspired by traditional craftsmanship. Each fish is filleted, salted, and cold-smoked with beechwood chips in smoke ovens. This process creates a mild, smoky aroma and a delicate flavour, with the beechwood adding distinctive notes for a characteristic taste.

In recent years, we have expanded our range to include salt-injected and machine-sliced products. All products are packaged to meet your requirements:

  • Whole sides

  • Pre-sliced sides

  • Party packs 50 g - 1000 g

  • Smoked bits and pieces

  • Royal fillet (salmon)

Hot-smoked products

We mainly hot smoke the Norwegian Salmon (Salmo Salar), but our range also includes hot-smoked Greenland halibut, trout, and mackerel.

All fish are carefully dry-salted to enhance texture and flavour before being hot-smoked with beechwood. This smoking method helps preserve the shape of the fish while developing a aromatic flavour profile. The beechwood smoke adds gentle, balanced notes that complement the fish.

Our hot-smoked salmon is available in a variety of formats to meet different market and customer requirements:

  • Retail packages

  • Food service packages size

  • Whole sides

  • Portions

  • Pulled salmon
