Hot-smoked products

Mainly we hot smoke the Norwegian Salmon Salar but also Greenland Halibutm, trout and mackerel can be hot smoked.

Por hot smoked producked are hot smoked, dry salted & smoked horizontally over beech wood to preserve the shape during the smoking process.

Hot smoked salmon is excellent as part of a buffet, served in salad or with crusty bread, mayonnaise and a slice of lemon.
